## General

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What is Aura?">

    can predict outcomes of future events, trade shares, and participate in
    community governance.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What makes Aura different from other prediction markets?">

## Passkeys & wallets

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What is a passkey wallet?">
    A passkey wallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet secured by your device's
    biometrics (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello) instead of a seed phrase.
    It's the easiest way to get started on Aura.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Are passkey wallets safe?">
    Yes. Passkeys are fully non-custodial — your private key is stored only
    in your device's secure enclave. Aura never has access to your keys. This
    provides the same security as traditional wallets without the risk of
    losing a seed phrase.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I use my existing Alephium wallet?">
    Absolutely. If you already have an Alephium wallet (browser extension),
    you can connect it directly. Passkeys are simply an additional option for
    easier onboarding.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What if I lose my device?">
    Passkeys sync across your devices via iCloud (Apple), Google Password
    Manager (Android), or Microsoft account (Windows). As long as you have
    access to your cloud account, you can recover your wallet on a new
    device.
  </Accordion>

    automatically.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How long does bridging take?">
    Typically **10–20 minutes**. The time depends on network congestion and
    Wormhole Guardian attestation.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Are there fees for bridging?">
    You pay the standard gas fee on your source chain (ETH or BSC). Aura does
    not charge any additional deposit fees.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is the bridge safe?">
    Yes. Aura uses Wormhole, one of the most trusted bridges in crypto. It's
    secured by 19 independent Guardian validators and has processed billions
    of dollars in transfers.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I withdraw back to Ethereum or BSC?">

    with a cooldown period of 1 minute between proposals.
