Live deposit/withdrawal capacity for the session wallet.
Passes through the desk deposit-info block: supported chains + tokens, fees, min/max, the LIVE instant-tier window (per-deposit/daily caps shrink as the float drains; halted when crediting is paused) and per-chain instant withdrawal capacity, plus the routed tier (enabled/fee/ETA) when the bridge router is live. 404 = wallet not registered with the desk yet.
