Copy your deposit address (or scan the QR) and send USDC/USDT from any
wallet or exchange.

Get credited in USD
Your balance updates automatically once the deposit confirms on the source
chain, usually within a couple of minutes. Larger amounts take the routed
path and land in 30 to 90 minutes, and the dialog tracks the status of
every deposit either way.
Deposit addresses are yours and stay valid, so you can send to the same
address again next time or withdraw from an exchange straight to it.
How big amounts settle
There is no maximum. Anything you send gets credited, and the size only decides how fast and at what rate:
Instant deposits are paid out of stablecoin inventory we hold on Alephium, so
they land as soon as your source chain confirms. Larger amounts take the routed
path, where your funds travel the canonical rails themselves and get credited
on arrival. That path uses none of our inventory, which is why its percentage
is lower. On a large transfer it usually works out cheaper overall than the
instant rate.
You never pick a tier. The dialog tells you which one applies, the exact fee,
and the ETA before you send anything.

Confirm it's really you
Because the destination sits outside Aura, withdrawals ask for a fresh
confirmation with your passkey or an email code. The destination, chain,
and amount are shown on that screen, and the approval covers only those
exact details.

Get paid
Withdrawals settle on the same two tiers as deposits. Most land within a
couple of minutes, and larger ones take the routed path and arrive in 30 to
90 minutes. The quote tells you which applies, and the dialog tracks the
withdrawal until it lands.
Withdrawing USDT to a chain that has no routed lane for it can be
declined with a message suggesting USDC instead. Picking USDC for that
destination goes through normally.
What about gas?
You don’t hold ALPH (Alephium’s gas token) and you never see gas prompts. When an action needs network fees, Aura converts a few cents of your USD balance at a posted rate and shows it as a small “network fees” line, always denominated in USD. Your first deposit includes a small starting amount of network credit, and its cost comes out of the credited balance. See Alephium (ALPH) for details.Troubleshooting

- Confirm the transaction succeeded on the source chain (block explorer).
- Large deposits take the routed path, so allow 30 to 90 minutes. The dialog shows which tier your deposit is on.
- Deposits below the minimum are paused for review rather than credited. Contact support and we’ll sort it out.
