Roadmap

Phase 1: Foundation & Testnet

• Core protocol & smart contracts. Solo-built a functional prediction market protocol on Alephium with end-to-end flows for creating markets, trading, and resolving outcomes.
• Testnet launch & community testing. Deployed Aura on Alephium Testnet and ran community testing and a bug bounty to validate demand, gather feedback, and harden the core design.
• Legal & brand foundations. Established the legal structure, initial brand presence, and core documentation.

Phase 2: Token Launch

• **$AURA token launches**. Partnered with **Moonshot Boxes** for an early community raise, then ran the$AURA token sale on AlphPad to widen distribution and bring more users into the Aura ecosystem.
• Liquidity & treasury setup. Allocated a portion of raise proceeds to DEX liquidity and protocol reserves to support stable trading and long-term development.

Phase 3: Mainnet-readiness & security

• Production-grade protocol. Taking the existing Testnet codebase to production quality: performance improvements, risk controls, and UX polish for non-technical users.
• Security audits. Engaging external auditors to review Aura’s core contracts and architecture, with a strong focus on safety, transparency, and upgradeability.
• Risk & controls framework. Refining market design, resolution flows, and internal controls to ensure fair markets, clear incentives, and robust dispute handling.

Phase 4: Mainnet launch & growth

• Alephium Mainnet launch. Deploy Aura on Alephium Mainnet. Users will be able to create markets, trade predictions, and vote on outcomes on a live, production-ready platform.
• Liquidity & usage programs. Run structured programs (trading competitions, creator grants, referral boosts) to grow GMV, active markets, and retained traders/voters.
• Marketing as a core lever. Dedicated marketing push across content, paid acquisition, and influencers, amplified by creator and referral incentives so distribution compounds over time.
• Continuous product enhancements. Ongoing UI/UX refinements, new market templates, and smart-contract optimizations based on real user feedback and on-chain data.

Phase 5: Governance, ecosystem & multi-chain future

• Chain-agnostic expansion. Go chain-agnostic and expand to additional ecosystems while keeping a single, unified user experience across chains.
• Ecosystem integrations. Integrate with wallets, analytics dashboards, and partner apps so Aura becomes embedded forecasting infrastructure rather than just a standalone app.
• Data & API products. Build data and API products on top of Aura’s markets so fees, governance, and information all reinforce Aura’s long-term moat.
• Future feature development. Continue shipping new features and market types, guided by community input and real-world use cases, to keep Aura ahead of the curve.
